Working with the Franck team gave KRAFT designsmiths the opportunity to meaningfully collaborate on one of the global issues closest to our hearts: mental healthcare and emotional wellness. Developing the brand, messaging and digital platform that carries the Franck solution to its users was a responsibility we did not take lightly, and it continues to inspire our commitment to this purposeful project.

The biggest challenge in designing the Franck brand identity was to rapidly establish audience trust in an industry where it is desperately needed for the product to succeed. Through deploying a fully integrated visual language and applying it consistently across all channels and platforms the brand was able to instantly communicate authority and authenticity.
A proprietary process that delivers an exceptional product
The Franck team underwent both the custom KRAFT designsmiths Elevate and Resonate Processes. Through the highly interactive and collaborative Resonate framework, the teams were able to establish comprehensive user journeys, a detailed product roadmap and gained valuable insights into the opportunities that exist in-between the brand and its expectant audience. Completing the Elevate framework allowed Franck to plot a targeted marketing and content strategy to deliver its message to the audience.
